Karla did a phenomenal job helping us sell this house. She was one-part realtor, one part project manager, and one part psychologist--and she handled the roles very deftly. On the communications front, Karla was extremely responsive and clear. And on the counseling side, she did a great job giving us great and practical advice about how to get the house ready, when to list, and at what price. I especially appreciated that Karla was tactful but firm when she disagreed with us--after all, we're paying for her expertise, we're not paying for her to tell us simply what we want to hear. That candor was very helpful. We also had several home improvement projects that she pushed along, coordinated, and sometimes took on herself--that was the project manager side of her, which kept the trains running on time. We are really happy, and would strongly recommend her.
